After venturing into the field of drug addiction research,
Shirley has decided to pursue her true addiction in life - baking. Shirley
is a former graduate of the Advanced Patissier Program at the George Brown
College. In her career years, Shirley has the honour of working with some
of the most renowned chefs in Toronto who have inspired her to develop her
own unique style in creating and decorating cakes & pastries. Shirley has
been a part of the creative pastry teams at Marchelino Movenpick, Restaurant
360, Windsor Arms Hotel and various catering and wholesale bakery establishments.
Her diversified experience has allowed her to flourish her creativity and
artistry in creating unique cakes and desserts to celebrate your most special
occasion. Every sweet creation is baked from scratch with fresh, quality
ingredients and decorated to add a personal touch to accent your most special
occasion. Shirley also creates edible party favours such as truffles, cookies
and more to leave your friends and families a lasting memory of your special day.
Shirley is strongly committed to deliver you the most personal service from the
